Jerusa Kutwa
Director & Social Worker, MPH, BSW
Jerusa is a registered social worker and the founder of Empowered Nexus - Social Work Services. I have built my career across the disability sector, community services, mental health within a public hospital setting, and health promotion. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the diverse challenges people face and strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate, client-led support.
My background allows me to support people holistically - with an understanding of both individual needs and the broader systems that influence well-being.
I hold a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Public Health, which guide my approach to delivering grounded, practical and person-centred care.
Whether you are seeking support coordination, psychosocial recovery coaching, or social work support, my focus is always on building trust, fostering independence and supporting meaningful outcomes.
