NDIS Support Coordination (Level 2)
OverviewNDIS Support Coordination helps participants build the skills and confidence needed to understand and implement their NDIS plan. This level of support is designed to strengthen your capacity to connect with community, mainstream, and funded supports, while promoting choice and control.
Our role is not just to organise services, but also to support you in taking charge of your own life. We work with you to understand your funding, identify what you want from services, and design supports that align with your goals and aspirations.
With a qualified social worker providing Support Coordination, you benefit from professional expertise in navigating complex systems and compassionate support during challenging times.
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
OverviewNDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is a specialised support designed for participants living with psychosocial disability related to mental health conditions. The focus is on supporting you to build resilience, strengthen your recovery journey, and live a meaningful and independent life.
A Recovery Coach works alongside you to understand your goals, strengths and challenges. Together, we can develop practical strategies to help you manage everyday life, connect with services, and build the skills needed to move forward with confidence.
Our approach is recovery-oriented, person-centred and guided by your choices and priorities.
Social Work
Overview
Social workers play a vital role in supporting individuals, families, and communities by addressing practical, emotional, and social needs. While they are an important part of services such as the NDIS, their work extends beyond disability supports to assist people facing a wide range of life challenges.
Through a holistic and person-centred approach, social workers consider the whole person and the broader circumstances affecting their wellbeing. This ensures people receive comprehensive support that strengthens emotional resilience, improves social connections, and promotes meaningful participation in everyday life.
By focusing on strengths, empowerment, and access to appropriate services, social workers support individuals to navigate complex systems, overcome challenges, and build more stable and fulfilling lives.
