I founded Empowered Nexus to create a service that reflects my passion for social work and my commitment to supporting people in ways that are both meaningful and flexible.

Social work in Australia is grounded in the values of social justice, human rights, and empowerment. These principles underpin everything I do, shaping my approach to practice and guiding how I connect with individuals, families, and communities.

Over the years, I have worked across diverse settings including Disability Services, Hospitals, and Public Health, gaining valuable insight into both the strengths and limitations of traditional service models. Through this experience, I recognised the need for a more person‑centred, responsive approach — one that truly listens, adapts, and empowers.

Empowered Nexus was born from this belief:

• That everyone deserves a safe space to feel heard, respected, and supported.

• That professional support should be grounded in dignity, self‑determination, and integrity.

• That flexibility matters — which is why I offer face‑to‑face and private services, including telehealth, to reach people wherever they are across Australia.

As a qualified social worker with a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Public Health, I bring both professional expertise and compassionate care to every interaction. My goal is to walk alongside people as they navigate challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
